Why Adult Training Providers Partner With Us
We understand the unique challenges faced by adult learners — balancing work, family, and personal commitments while trying to build something new. Our workshops are designed to be accessible, supportive, and transformative, helping learners move from uncertainty to action.
Each programme builds confidence and practical skills that support both employment and self-employment, and is suitable for learners at all levels — from beginners exploring ideas to those already running a business. Delivery is flexible, with options for short tasters, half-day sessions, full-day workshops, or multi-day programmes.

Skills, Confidence & Economic Opportunity
Enterprise skills aren’t just about starting a business — they’re about building independence, confidence, and long-term employability. For adult learners, especially those returning to education or changing careers, learning how to create and manage something of their own can be transformative.
By integrating entrepreneurship and business training into adult learning programmes, providers can give learners real-world, transferable skills — from communication and digital literacy to problem-solving and financial planning.
This approach supports wider economic inclusion and lifelong learning, ensuring learners not only gain qualifications but also the confidence and mindset to create new opportunities for themselves and their communities.

The founder of The Business Blueprint, MADS and WebsBYMads
I created The Business Blueprint because I wanted to see freelancers, small business owners, and creatives grow with confidence, not just start, but actually build something sustainable. The Blueprint brings together training, resources, and community support so learning continues long after the workshops end.
Alongside this, I run MADS and WebsbyMADS — my marketing, social media, and web design companies. Working directly with businesses has given me first-hand experience of what it really takes to build visibility, attract clients, and grow in today’s fast-moving digital world.
I built these programmes because I believe people achieve more when they have the right support behind them. And with my background, participants are learning from someone who has done it — and is still doing it.
Together, The Business Blueprint and MADS combine practical coaching, marketing expertise, and a supportive community to make enterprise skills accessible to everyone.
The Business Blueprint community provides expert-led courses, mentoring, and resources.
